Withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso to the payment method registered on your account — GCash, Maya, or a Philippine bank account. Withdrawal funds are sent to accounts held in your own name only. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will not be processed.
Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the method selected and may be subject to internal review. ja5 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity.
